Built for how clients really answer
Most tools assume the client ticks a box. Real answers are messier — so each one has its own honest place.
“Tentatively Oct 3 — I’ll check with Legal.”
Recorded as tentative — never as a firm date.
“Still waiting on Legal.”
Noted in one click — and it still isn’t a confirmation.
“This isn’t mine — ask Omar in IT.”
Nothing changes until you approve the hand-off.
“It’s basically done.”
A note, not a delivery — it counts once you accept the proof.
A new meeting updates the plan — it doesn’t start a new list
Paste the next call and each commitment is checked against your plan. Moved dates show the old and the new, with the meeting they came from.
Done means proof you’ve accepted
A delivery counts once the client shares where it lives and you accept it. Passwords pasted as proof are refused.
Go-live impact you can explain
Link a step to go-live and a slipped date shows its effect in days. No link, no guess — it’s shown as a risk for you to confirm.

Security and privacy
- Each client contact gets a personal link. You can turn any link off.
- Meeting text and your notes stay internal. Clients see only what you publish.
- Unsaved drafts are deleted after 72 hours.
- Passwords and keys pasted as “proof” are refused.
FAQ
Does it replace my project tool?
No. It keeps the commitments both sides made about client deliverables and what go-live depends on. Use it alongside your project plan or client onboarding software.
Does my client need an account?
No. Each contact opens a personal link. They can answer the items assigned to them; the rest they can read.
Does it email my client?
No. You get an email draft with the link and send it yourself.
What does AI do?
It lists the commitments it finds in the transcript for you to check. Nothing reaches your client until you approve it and publish. When AI is off, you add the items by hand.
How is go-live delay calculated?
By fixed rules: from the recorded dates and the links you set between steps (“this step needs that one done N days before”). Without links, a slip is shown as a risk for you to confirm, not as days of delay.
How much does it cost?
Try it free with 1 active project and 3 hours of meetings read by AI in total — no card needed. Pro is $49 a month, Team $129 a month; upgrade whenever you need more. See Pricing.
