How we handle your data
Trial version. This page describes what the software does; it is not a legal agreement.
This page was written in English. If a translation differs, the English version prevails.
Guest drafts (before you sign up)
- The transcript you paste is stored on our server, tied to your browser by a random cookie. There is no link that opens it, so nobody else can view it.
- It is deleted after 72 hours, when you delete it, or when you save it into a project.
- Before AI reads your own transcript, we ask you to confirm your email; the text is then sent once to Anthropic's AI service to list the commitments.
- The full transcript is never stored in your browser's local storage.
Projects (after you sign up)
- Projects, meeting transcripts, commitments and client replies belong to your team and are only visible to your team members.
- Clients see only what you publish on their link, in the wording you approve — never transcripts, meeting quotes you haven't allowed, or your internal notes.
- GoLivePact doesn't email your clients. It prepares a draft you send from your own mailbox. If email is set up, it sends you a short notice (without details) when a client responds.
- Team admins can export a project or delete it; deleting removes its transcripts and client links. Backups taken before deletion are kept until they rotate out.
- Server logs record requests without their content; links in URLs are redacted.
Proof from clients
Clients don't upload files here. They share a link to their own controlled storage, or note that something was delivered through an approved channel. Access to those links stays under the client's control.
What the history is
The activity history helps both sides look back at what was agreed and changed. Actions on a client link are recorded as made with that person's link — it shows who held the link, not verified identity. The history is not tamper-proof and is not legal evidence.
